Mexican Recipes

1 C. cooked white rice

4c tomato juice

C. 1 soup. vegetable oil

4 c. soup. butter or margarine

1 / 2 tsp. ground cumin

C. 1 Tea. salt

1 / 2 green pepper, cleaned and chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1 / 2 C. chopped onion

2 large tomatoes, chopped or 1 8 oz whole tomatoes cut with a spoon
