Apple Mango Chutney Recipe

Apple Mango Chutney Ingredients:

250 grams of raw mango (AAM), peeled and sliced

* 250 grams of cooking apples (SEB), peeled and sliced

* 2 large cardamoms (elaichi Moti), crushed

1 cup vinegar (Sirka)

* 1 cup water

* 1 / 2 teaspoon chili level (Lal Mirchi)

Sugar 1 3 / 4 (Cheeni)

* 3 teaspoons Salt (Namak)

* 4 cloves garlic (Lasuna)

Comes in 1 teaspoon of ginger long (Adrak)

* 4 tablespoons raisins (Kishmish)

* 8 almonds (Badam), blanched

How to make apple and mango chutney:


* Cook, mangoes and apples in water with ginger and garlic until tender and water is absorbed.

* Add vinegar, sugar, almonds, chili powder, cardamom and raisins and cook until a little 'thick.

* Cool and pour into the bottle, cork tightly
